The Social Insurance Organization (SIO) is the Kingdom of Bahrain's official agency for the advancement of social insurance and pension services to all individuals subject to the Civil Law (Public Sector) and the Social Insurance Law (Private Sector) .
We believe of transparency and the right of contributors of SIO system and all concerned parties to access the related data, therefore we provide through this page the annual financial statement as well as the quarterly statistics report, and variety of instant statistics charts of live data.

•الرجاء ملأ استمارة طلب صرف معاش المرفقة بأدراج كافة الورثة المسجلين في الفريضة الشرعية •يتم ملأ استمارة منحة الوفاة من قبل الابن – الابنة الأكبر في حالة عدم وجود مستحقين للمعاش التقاعدي للقطاع العام فقط •الرجاء تسجيل المبلغ المصروف على مصاريف الجنازة في الرسالة المقدمة من القائم بالصرف على الجنازة خلاف الأرملة •يتم تسجيل بيانات المستحقين للمعاش التقاعدي فقط والتي تنطبق عليهم شروط الاستحقاق ( مثال : الأبناء والبنات القصر / البنت العاطلة و العزباء /المطلقة /الارمله /الأبناء العاطلين عن العمل أقل من 22 سنه / طالب ) •الرجاء ارفاق الإفادة الدراسية لفئة الذكور فقط الذين أعمارهم ما بين 22 سنه لغاية 26 سنه ( دراسة البكالوريوس فقط ) •الرجاء ارفاق وثيقة الطلاق لفئة الاناث فقط •الرجاء ملأ استمارة العرض على اللجان الطبية مع تقارير طبيه حديثه لفئة الذكور (الارمل ، الأبناء، الاخوة ) . ملاحظة: الابن والاخ العاجز من عمر 22 سنة فما فوق •عند اعتماد المذكور في معيشته على المتوفي الرجاء ارفاق رسالة اعتماد موقعه من قبله (فئات الاب – الأخ – الأخت) •يجب ادخال جميع الحقول بشكل صحيح. • سيتم اخطاركم برسالة نصية عند تقديم الطلب • لمتابعة العملية الرجاء ملئ البيانات أدناه الخاصة ثم الضغط على على زر متابعة.
