E-Services' Questions

How can we request a new password to access the online services when forgetting the current password?

Through SIO website www.sio.gov.bh , then clicking on the link (Forget password?) then entering the number of the business owner \ company owner and the address of the company and if they match the one in SIO record a link will be sent to the email that was entered to recover a new password.

Does the password allow Arabic numbers ?

There is no difference between Arabic and English numbers used in the password.

What is the process used to activate the online service for a business owner from the GCC in SIO and what are the benefits of this service? (Private Sector)

This service is activated through filling a form that requests activating the online service with attaching a picture of the owners CPR and providing the insurance in their country for approval. That way the business owner can look and update all the workers salary through www.sio.gov.bh.
