Board of Directors
The board of directors is the body responsible for managing organization’s business. It is appointed by Decree, based on nominations by the Prime Minister and selections made by the concerned authorities. The Board consists of a Chairman and fourteen members, who together represent the highest authority to manage the organization’s businesses, execute its mission, establish general policy, as well as supervise financial and managerial issues. The Executive Manager is charged with managing the SIO’s businesses within the scope of his authority.
