PART 4: MINISTERIAL ORDERS
MINISTERIAL ORDER NO. ORDER NO.1 (INSURANCE) OF 1982 WITH RESPECT TO DESIGNATING OFFICERS OF THE GENERAL ORGANISATION FOR SOCIAL INSURANCE (GOSI) FOR INSPECTION OF ESTABLISHMENTS SUBJECT TO THE SOCIAL INSURANCE LAW
The Minister for Labour and Social Affairs, Having examined Articles 120, 121 and 122 of the Social Insurance Law and amendments thereof, Hereby orders the following :
Article 1
The following officers whose names are hereunder-mentioned shall be designated to enforce the provisions of Article 120 of the Social Insurance Law :
- Ahmed Al Mulla Hermes-Head of Legal Affairs Dept. at GOSI.
- Faisal Ali Ibrahim-Member of Legal Affairs Department at GOSI.
Article 2
The inspectors designated in pursuance of Article 1 of this Order shall exercise their powers in compliance with the provisions of Articles 120, 121 and 122 of the aforesaid Social Insurance Law.
Article 3
This Order shall come into force as from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
