SIO launches its new website to support digital transformation and enhance the quality of services.

The Social Insurance Organization (SIO) announced the launch of its new website, a strategic step that reflects its commitment to developing the digital insurance services system. This step aligns with the Government Action Plan and the Kingdom of Bahrain's vision to enhance the quality of government services and achieve efficiency and flexibility in meeting the needs of citizens and residents.

On this occasion, Her Excellency Sahar Rashid Al Mannai, CEO of the SIO, emphasized that the launch of the website represents an important pillar in the digital transformation process. She noted that the new website provides an advanced and integrated user experience that enhances the efficiency of accessing insurance information and services with ease and convenience.

The new website features a modern design that reflects the SIO's corporate identity and includes organized content that includes e-services, relevant laws and regulations, a frequently asked questions list, a library of guides and instructional videos, a dedicated section for the media center, and another for statistics and updates.

The website also features inclusive features that cater to the needs of all segments of society, including people with disabilities, through special controls that enable content to be displayed in a manner that respects user privacy and complies with international standards for a comprehensive and safe user experience.

Al-Mannai concluded that this development represents a qualitative leap in the Authority's institutional modernization process, embodying its commitment to providing flexible, secure, and transparent digital services that enhance customer satisfaction and support the Authority's pivotal role within the social protection and sustainable development system in the Kingdom of Bahrain, while continuing to strive towards comprehensive digital transformation and service automation.
