
Aligning with the Social Insurance Organization (SIO) strategy to facilitate transaction procedures to all customers with the adoption of the principles of a unified government in the field of digital transformation of services provided to beneficiaries, SIO has launched a range of electronic services that allow Individuals of insured workers, pensioners and beneficiaries to calculate the expected pension amount, view contribution statement, and print the pension salary certificate .As some of the services have privacy conditions and sensitive information, logging into these services requires an eKey authentication to validate the user’s identity before logging into the service.
e-Services
Medical Expenses Request
This service allows the injured insured person to submit a Medical Expenses Request at a private hospital by filling in the required information and uploading the necessary documents.
Access to this service requires registration with the advanced eKey. After logging in, select Medical Expenses Request under the Work Injury menu, then choose the (New) option.
Direct Debit
This service allows the insured person to request the payment of Subsecription due on the CR through direct debit from the applicant’s bank account, after signing the service agreement and attaching it electronically.
Access to this service requires registration with the advanced eKey. After logging in, select Direct Debit under the Direct Debit menu, then choose the (New) option.
Printing Pension Salary
This service allows the pensioner to issue and print the retirement pension certificate.
Access to this service requires registration with the advance ekey. After logging in , select the Certificates Dashboard under My Dashboard Menu and specify the desired certificate category.
Printing Beneficiary Certificate
This service allows eligible beneficiaries to print the retirement pension certificate for the insured person or the deceased pensioner.
Access to this service requires registration with the advanced eKey. After logging in, select the Certificates Dashboard under the My Dashboard menu and specify the desired certificate category.
Quick Pay
This service allows the employer and the insured person to pay all types of bills and services.
Pension Disbursement Request
This service allows the insured person to electronically request the disbursement of their retirement pension, eliminating the need for in-person visits and submitting documents to the Authority. This is done after the insured person reviews their entitled retirement pension upon the end of service and verifies all recorded data that directly affects the calculation of the pension and end-of-service benefits.
