The Legal Affairs Directorate is the Directorate responsible for establishing a robust framework for managing all legal operations and matters related to the responsibilities of the Social Insurance Organization (SIO), ensuring the proper application of retirement and social insurance laws and related laws, and providing the necessary legal support to protect the interests of SIO, the Retirement and Social Insurance Fund, and participants in the retirement and social insurance.
The Directorate is committed to preparing the responses and reports required by the legislative, executive, or judicial authorities. The Directorate also follows up on international cooperation memoranda in the field of retirement and social insurance in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Legal Affairs Directorate represents SIO before the courts and investigative bodies, including litigation to claim the SIO’s rights, legal defense in lawsuits filed against it, and preparation of legal settlements for amounts owed to SIO.

Hamed Abdulla Al Hamed
The Human Resources and Services Department aims to meet the Authority's needs for the necessary skills and expertise through human resources planning, training and development. It also provides administrative support services to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, and conducts recruitment, training and development processes to ensure the availability of the required competencies in addition to preparing the budget for manpower (Title I and Services), and general supervision of the fixed assets inventory. In addition to supervising and reviewing the tenders of the Tender Board. Ensure that procedures are taken to pay invoices to suppliers and supervise and follow up on the contracts concluded between the Authority and companies.

The Financial Affairs Department is responsible for the effective planning and control of financial operations in accordance with financial and accounting rules, standards and policies, including: Financial planning and performance monitoring, revenue management and collection follow-up, payment and liquidity management, providing management with the necessary financial reports, providing studies and analytical reports to assess the financial situation and make decisions, maintaining accounting records, performing monthly reconciliations, and ensuring the validity of reports in accordance with international standards and best accounting and financial practices.

Salma A.Rahman Al Sayed
The Insurance Systems Department at the Public Authority for Social Insurance is responsible for developing and ensuring the work of the Authority's systems, databases, and electronic services provided to beneficiaries in a manner that ensures the continuity of the Authority's work. The department also provides and manages the internal and external network communication lines and provides electronic linkage with various state institutions to achieve integration in support of the government's strategy. The Insurance Systems Department is responsible for adding and organizing user accounts in the Active Directory, monitoring server performance, and taking backups. The department also prepares the necessary reports, provides technical support to computer users, follows up on issues and inquiries, and verifies the application of approved standards and specifications. All security systems and policies recommended by the Information and e-Government Authority and the National Cybersecurity Center are implemented

Abdulla Mohamed Al Mahmood
The Customer Service Department aims to achieve customer satisfaction by providing effective and prompt services, and excellence in customer service in a professional manner. The department seeks to anticipate and meet or exceed customer needs, and create and maintain a public record of employers, employees and beneficiaries. Provides appropriate customer support through branch offices and call centers, and receives and processes requests in a timely manner. Receives and responds to complaints and coordinates with other departments to provide required information. Sets performance effectiveness standards, monitors processes, and initiates corrective actions when needed.

Khalid Ali AbdulAziz Ali
The Department is responsible for organizing and disbursing insurance and retirement benefits for retirees and their beneficiaries, as well as providing insurance benefits and rights associated with the inclusion of previous service periods and the purchase of hypothetical periods stipulated in the retirement laws in both the public and private sectors. The department also follows up on all matters related to death affairs and their beneficiaries after the death of the employee or pensioner, and works to ensure that grants and expenses are disbursed as soon as possible after the availability of documents and requirements for the deceased's relatives. The Department works in coordination with the Ministry of Labor on organizing the process of disbursing the compensation and subsidy stipulated in the Unemployment Law, according to the responsibilities and duties specified in the law for both the Authority and the Ministry. The Department also follows up on work injuries in both the public and private sectors and disburses the rights and compensatory benefits resulting from these injuries. The Department also provides loan and replacement services in accordance with Law No. 13 of 1975 and Law No. 24 of 1976

Maha Sadeq Al Shehabi
The Actuarial and Risk Studies Department at the Public Authority for Social Insurance is responsible for conducting actuarial studies to estimate future financial obligations and prepare periodic statistical reports. It also analyzes data from the Authority's databases using specialized software, and provides internal and external parties with reports and data. Its tasks also include quality assurance and strategic planning to ensure that departments adhere to SIO's strategy, in addition to ensuring the application of the highest standards of information security and risk in all operations within SIO, and issuing periodic reports on potential risks.
