CEO of the Social Insurance Organization: Bahraini youth are a fundamental pillar in building the future and achieving sustainable development.

Ms. Sahar Rashid Al-Mannai, Chief Executive Officer of the Social Insurance Organization (SIO), affirmed that Bahraini youth represent a fundamental pillar of the sustainable development process witnessed by the Kingdom of Bahrain. This is thanks to the sound vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, may God protect him. These visions place youth at the heart of national strategies, out of a belief in their vital role in supporting development and progress. This has contributed to empowering and motivating them to achieve excellence and success at the national and international levels.


On the occasion of Bahraini Youth Day, which the Kingdom celebrates annually on March 25, Al-Mannai expressed her great pride in the creativity and achievements of Bahraini youth in various fields. She highlighted the efforts of the government, headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, in providing a supportive and stimulating environment for youth and enhancing their skills and capabilities through rehabilitation and training programs. These programs contribute to building a generation capable of creativity and innovation and driving comprehensive development. Al-Mannai also commended the prominent role played by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, and His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, in sponsoring and supporting Bahraini youth, developing their skills, and preparing them to be future leaders. This reflects the royal directives aimed at empowering youth to be key partners in the journey of progress and prosperity.


Al-Mannai affirmed the Social Insurance Organization's commitment to continuing its efforts in supporting youth initiatives and contributing to enhancing their professional and social stability through an integrated insurance system that meets their aspirations and needs, contributing to the achievement of Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030.
Al-Mannai called on Bahraini youth to take advantage of the opportunities available to them and continue to achieve success, so that they remain an honorable model of creativity and excellence. She expressed her aspiration to see more achievements that reflect the spirit of determination and perseverance among Bahraini youth.
