SIO, iGA and NCSC launch awareness platform for digital services at Marassi Galleria

Manama, Sep. 29 (BNA): The Social Insurance Organisation (SIO), in cooperation with the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) and the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), launched the joint awareness platform for comprehensive electronic services at Marassi Galleria. The event runs from September 27 to October 1.

The initiative aims to raise awareness of social insurance among all segments of society by providing simple interactive content explaining rights, duties and insurance procedures. It also allows the public to submit enquiries and requests directly, showcases services available via the eKey, and introduces information protection methods. The goal is to enhance awareness of eGovernment and social insurance services and support digital transformation.

The platform offers eKey registration, access to awareness screens and guides, and direct information from representatives of participating entities.

The initiative is open to all groups, including business owners, employees in the public and private sectors, retirees, their eligible family members, and young people entering the labour market.

The platform receives visitors daily from 11 am to 6 pm until October 1 at Marassi Galleria, CinemaGate P2 entrance.
