After completing the name change with the moic , The employer or their authorized representative must submit a request to change the establishment's name through the electronic services on the (SIO) website, attaching the updated commercial registration document.
The employer is required to terminates all employees registered under the establishment,and settle all outstanding payments, and then submit a request to liquidate the establishment through the electronic services on the (SIO) website by submitting an Edit establishment request.
A request to register an establishment / authorized signatories is submitted through the electronic services on the (SIO) website.
